We provide a flexible and low cost, live call answering service that you can use as little or as often as you need. We answer your calls when you’re not available. All calls are answered in your company name and messages are forwarded by email and text.

A good call answering service will ensure that your company is always available, projecting the image of a professional and well established business, providing comfort to customers and your supply partners alike.

If you’re running a small business or a company with staff working from home we can provide your callers with information such as opening times, website address or directions to your location. Alternatively, we can take messages on your behalf and forward via email or text. Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A 50p supplement is payable on out of hours calls (before 8.30am and after 5.30pm).

There’s no setup or monthly charge. Calls cost 99p or less and we even let you try us out free of charge for two weeks. Your trial is completely free for 14 days. However, after entering your information we will ask you to make a £25.00 Deposit which will be added to your call credit balance if you stay with us at the end of the trial, or refunded in full if you decide it’s not for you.

We ask for the deposit to filter out people who don’t really intend to use the service. Before introducing the deposit we we’re getting 50% of daily sign ups not even testing. This was about 30 accounts per day we set up, that never even dialled the number and which cost us two full time salaries each month. We hope you understand.

How does it work?

You sign up and we allocate a unique telephone number for your live call handling service. This number identifies your company within our call system.

Forwarding your calls

You can then either divert your existing number to your live call service, divert another number provided by us, or simply advertise the number we allocate for your call handling service as your main incoming number. You can choose if you want to divert all your calls, or perhaps just divert after ‘no answer’. All of the major providers support call forwarding for ‘all calls’,’on busy’ and ‘on no answer’, if your unsure if your service does then give us a call; we’ll be happy to help.

What happens when a call comes through?

When a call comes in on your allocated number, we know it’s for your company (our receptionists see the details on their computer and also hear a ‘whispered’ introduction before the call is connected).

We introduce ourselves using your company name, in the exact manner that you’ve asked us to.

Unless a caller asks us directly, we will not disclose our role as a call answering service.

We capture the caller information and any other relevant information you’ve asked us to during sign up.

We email and/or SMS the relevant party to return your customer’s call.

We advertise our prices on our website in plain English and there are no hidden costs or per minute charges. Prices start at 99p and the more you spend the lower they go.

Discount PricingWe offer discounts of up to 20% on call credit purchases to provide charges as low as 79p.

Our standard operating hours are 8.30 – 5.30pm, Mon-Fri but we operate 24 hours, 7 days a week and calls answered outside of normal hours are charged an additional fee as advertised above.

Junk Call Filter – We have a unique ‘Filter’ which helps ensure you only pay for calls you wish to receive. This can reduce spend by as much as 70% providing a very economical (and more professional) alternative to voicemail. All your important calls are answered by a real person.

Answering thousands of calls each day we can easily identify the repeat offenders responsible for automated messages and cold call selling. By opting ‘In’ to the free service, you can dramatically reduce this type of activity on your account, saving you money.

Anyone in our ‘offender’ list is instantly routed to voicemail instead of a live handler. The caller will be invited to leave a message which is then forwarded to you by email as a MP3 attachment. This costs you nothing and you don’t lose the caller details.

Some centres say they wont log sales calls but identifying those is tricky and you dont want to waste time arguing about charges or losing possible clients through a misunderstanding. Our automated system ensures you benefit without the hassle.

The system works by recognising the Call Line Identification so if they withhold the number (using 141) they will still get through. However, you can choose to also block calls where the CLI is hidden.

If you have more than one line coming into your business you can use this feature to check every single call you get. We will filter your main line and route the clean calls to your second line. If you’re not available to take the call, our team can then take a message, saving you valuable time & money

Updating our list is simple you just reply to our message with ‘JUNK’ in the title and our system will add the caller to your filter and in future they will go direct to voicemail.

You can opt in & out of the filter at any time.
